job summary:
- Ensures that no defective, unserviceable, or unairworthy parts are used on any components or articles used or manufactured by the PMA Manufacturing Facility. - Ensures all fabricated parts are labeled and identified properly. - Ensures inspection of all work performed is in compliance with and conforms to approved data. - Inspect visually for external or hidden damage and correct quantities and contents. - Verify that tags or certifications are correct and meet applicable federal regulations. - Inspect all paperwork for complete and appropriate sign-offs. - Complete all paperwork in accordance with the PMA manual and all departmental guidelines and instructions. - Verify that all materials are properly packed, labeled and stored. - Perform review of equipment re-qualifications, calibrations and maintenance documentation. - Escalate Quality issues to management. - All duties assigned by the Manager of Parts and Materials.

work hours: 3:30PM to 7:00AM

qualifications:

• up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

skills:

• Able to read blueprints & schematics
• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Use measurement devices such as calipers & micrometers

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
