Are you a people person with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries primarily over the phone with professionalism and efficiency. Employees in the Customer Service Representative role are expected to maintain a professional and business-casual appearance. Acceptable attire includes collared shirts, blouses, slacks, dress pants, and closed-toe shoes. Jeans may be permitted if they are neat and free of rips or distressing. T-shirts, shorts, leggings (unless under a dress), and flip-flops are not allowed. Personal grooming should be clean and professional, as this role involves direct customer interaction.
