job summary:
As a Flex team member you will be cross training between the air bag dept. and the textile dept. You will be monitoring and assuring the quality of the product being manufactured for both department. You will notate report any defects or irregularities in the production process. Machine operating experience preferred, QA or QC is a huge plus! THE FIRST 3 MONTHS IS TRAINING ON 1ST SHIFT. AFTER THE TRANING PERIOD THE SHIFT COULD CHANGE TO SECOND SHIFT SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN WORK BOTH 1ST AND 2ND.
