job summary:
We're seeking an experienced Machine Operator to manufacture high-quality straps for industrial harnesses. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in textile or webbing production. You'll operate specialized equipment to produce durable straps used in lifting and safety applications. Your responsibilities include setting up and calibrating strap-making machinery, monitoring production, and performing quality checks. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn our specialized equipment are essential. You should be able to interpret technical specifications and possess basic math skills. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Experience in safety equipment or load-bearing product manufacturing is a plus. This position focuses on machine operation, not maintenance or repairs. We offer comprehensive training, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities. Shift work and occasional overtime may be required to meet production demands.

work hours: 8:00PM to 4:30AM
