job summary:
We are seeking a skilled Wire Cutter Operator to join our team in producing custom-sized wire spools for various industrial applications. This role is crucial in meeting client-specific requirements for wire length and spool size. The ideal candidate will have experience operating wire cutting machinery and spooling equipment. You'll be responsible for accurately measuring and cutting wire to specified lengths using precision hand tools, as well as transferring wire from large spools to custom-sized ones for individual clients. Key responsibilities include operating wire cutting equipment, using measuring devices to ensure accurate wire lengths, and managing the spooling process. Attention to detail is critical, as you'll need to carefully follow client specifications for each order. You should be comfortable working with different types of wire, including electrical, automotive, and specialty cables. Physical stamina is necessary, as the job involves standing for extended periods and handling wire spools of varying weights.

salary: $16.5/hr
work hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
