Job Summary: A leading manufacturer of roll-up garage doors, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Door Bracket Assembler. The primary responsibility of this role will be to attach door brackets to the ends of roll-up garage doors using screws and hand tools, ensuring the components are securely fastened and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Attach door brackets to the ends of roll-up garage doors according to company specifications and assembly guidelines. Use hand tools (such as screwdrivers, drills, or impact wrenches) to securely fasten brackets to doors. Ensure proper alignment and positioning of brackets to ensure functionality and quality. Perform quality checks to verify that all brackets are securely attached and that doors meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools are in good working condition and stored properly. Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Report any issues or defects to the supervisor and assist in resolving any production challenges. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience using hand tools or working in a manufacturing environment (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity. Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects as needed. Willingness to adhere to safety procedures and work within production timelines.
