job summary:
- Evaluate and monitor injection molds and maintain production based on daily goals - Identify molding issues and implement corrective actions, troubleshooting - Monitor production to ensure customer specifications, and established quality standards are maintained. - Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders. - Audit products during processing to ensure adherence to quality standards such as dimensions and performance. - Setup optimum molding process conditions - Perform essential duties of machine operator. - Notify supervisor and/or maintenance department of unusual problems. SHIFTS COULD BE DAYS OR NIGHTS - SHIFTS VARY DURING THE WEEK AND WEEKEND SCHEDULES
