job summary:
We are dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping Clerk to join our team and help streamline our shipping operations. If you have experience using a sit-down forklift and are passionate about helping customers receive their orders on time, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: -Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize inventory within the warehouse. -Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. -Accurately create shipping labels using shipping software. -Ensure that all orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. -Maintain a clean and organized work environment. -Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals. -Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for accuracy before dispatching. -Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed. -Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements: -Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift (certification preferred). -Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. -Basic computer skills for shipping label creation and order tracking. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required. -A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
