job summary:
We are seeking a skilled Punch Press Operator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining punch press machines to produce metal parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate punch press machines to cut, shape, and form metal components Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings Adjust machine settings, dies, and tooling for optimal performance Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

location: Mendota Heights, MN
salary: $22/hr
work hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
