job summary:
Summary: Randstad is currently seeking entry-level assemblers to join our team in Beltsville, MD. As an entry-level assembler, you will be responsible for working with mechanical seals of various sizes, applying them onto machines, reading instructional sheets, making necessary adjustments to seals, and ensuring product quality through attention to detail. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization. Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical seals onto machines according to provided instructions. Read and interpret instructional sheets to ensure accurate assembly. Make adjustments to seals as required to meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Requirements: Ability to read measurements and use measurement devices. Strong attention to detail and quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
