Job Summary: A Security Panel Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing security panels and related electronic components. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to follow schematics and assembly instructions to ensure the production of high-quality security systems. Key Responsibilities: Distinguish colors of inactive wires and assemble the sensors/detectors together. Good dexterity, a keen attention to detail, able to read, and have a calm demeanor. One incorrect product could be detrimental to the project. Will be working to put together sensors/detectors. Assemble security panels, circuit boards, and related components according to blueprints and technical diagrams. Perform wiring, soldering, and installation of electronic and mechanical parts. Conduct quality control tests to ensure functionality and adherence to safety standards. Troubleshoot and repair minor assembly defects. Maintain an organized and clean work environment. Follow company safety protocols and industry regulations. Document assembly processes and report any issues to supervisors. Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and other team members. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred). Experience in electronics assembly, wiring, or manufacturing is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic knowledge of electrical components and circuits. Ability to lift and handle components and panels safely. Good problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities. Work Environment: Typically works in a manufacturing or production facility. May require standing for long periods and handling small electronic parts. Use of protective equipment (e.g., gloves, safety glasses) may be necessary.
