About the Role: In a safe environment, operate molding machines to schedule, and assemble and pack quality parts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate molding machines, assemble quality parts, and pack parts produced. Maintain 5S in assigned work area. Report daily production and scrap, and work with supervisor and co-workers to resolve production issues. Other duties as assigned by management. Critical Competencies To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Possess a high school diploma is required. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. Relieve machine operators for breaks etc. Education and Experience Requirements The successful candidate will be energetic, insightful, collaborative, self-motivated, and positive with interest in manufacturing.
