job summary:
Key Responsibilities for Mailer Machine Operator Operate and Manage Industrial Machines: Work with large industrial machines, specifically the Mailer Machine, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime. Experience Requirements: Bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with large industrial machines, preferably within the plastics industry. Experience as a Lead Operator is a plus but not mandatory; candidates with this background will have opportunities for quicker advancement. Enhance Production Capabilities: Demonstrate the ability to exceed current employees' experience and productivity levels, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the production team. Commitment to Overtime: Be open and available for overtime as needed; candidates unwilling to commit to overtime should not apply. Long-Term Potential: This position has the potential to be long-term for individuals who show high productivity and commitment. *Pay Rate can be higher depending on experience.
