job summary:
Hello, we have a new part-time program rolling out called the FLEX program. This program allows people to sign up and pick up available shifts as needed/wanted by you and the client. We are piloting this program for only Monday-Friday 3rd Shift. You will only work 2 weeks out of the month. The downside is, you would not be able to work at Alcon full-time while in this program. You would remain part-time unless a supervisor requests your status to change.
