job summary:
Teamwork - This position takes on different roles that a divided between all associates (i.e. Mailroom, tends to cafés and Front desk) Heavy lifting - sometimes we receive heavy packages, and we also must pick up and put away snacks ordered for the cafes. Being able to use a handheld / laptop. Cleanliness and organization of all office space Ordering and putting away snack, coffee and supply order Check and change toner/ waste toner in printer units Stock paper and supplies in workrooms Sorting / delivering / processing mail / packages Mail run 2xs a day Check conference rooms and huddle for supplies and clean tables tuck in chairs Stock snacks and sparkling water on all floors Stock / clean and empty coffee machines Clean and organize all 7 cafes Check and replenish first aid cabinets and medicine Stock café with supplies Run and empty dishwashers Stock Fem products in ladies' room Front Desk coverage for breaks, Lunches, PTOs

salary: $19/hr
work hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
