job summary:
Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Record and track all incoming and outgoing shipments in the inventory system Prepare and package products for shipment according to specifications Create and print shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment status and inventory levels Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided if necessary) Ensure the shipping and receiving area is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly
