job summary:
Assist in the preparation and brewing process of a beverage, ensuring adherence to the established recipes and production schedules. Machine Operation: Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot brewing equipment, including fermenters, pasteurizers, and other machinery critical to the production process. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure product consistency and quality standards are met. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment to prevent accidents or damage. Inventory & Materials Management: Track raw material usage and ensure inventory levels of ingredients and supplies are adequate for production. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the brewing team to ensure efficient production, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing processes.
