Our team in Londonderry, NH is looking for experienced Quality Control Inspectors to join us! In this role, you'll perform meticulous inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision tools while maintaining accurate records and identifying areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily receiving inspections of manufactured components Perform in-process and first-piece inspections Follow established Admix and Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures Maintain detailed and accurate inspection reports Set up and operate manual CMM and DCC CMM using PC-DMIS Utilize Sage100 ERP software and Quality Control/Corrective Action databases Perform final inspections on mixers before shipping Set up and operate the Laser Marker Interpret mechanical drawings using ASME Y14.5M Dimensioning & Tolerancing standard Requirements: Strong math skills (algebra, geometry, trigonometry) Experience creating part alignments on CMM using PC-DMIS CAD ++ 2018 Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) Schedule & Pay: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM ⏳ 9/80 Schedule (April-October): 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with every other Friday off Pay: $28/hr - $33/hr Interested?
