job summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Kitting Associate with Forklift Experience with Reach Truck preferred to join our team. This role involves gathering, organizing, and preparing materials for production while operating a forklift to transport inventory. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, material handling, and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include picking, sorting, and assembling kits of components according to work orders and production schedules, as well as operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move inventory and supplies efficiently. The Kitting Associate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory movement, ensuring proper labeling, and inspecting materials for quality while reporting any discrepancies or damages. Adhering to safety procedures and company policies is essential, along with assisting in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Additionally, this role requires working collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet deadlines and maintain smooth operations.
