job summary:
Plastic Injection Molding Operator Location: Wyoming, MN ⏰ Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Thursday) Pay: $18/hour Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Plastic Injection Molding Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating molding machines, inspecting parts, and ensuring quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate plastic injection molding machines efficiently and safely. Perform quality checks on molded parts to ensure they meet specifications. Trim, assemble, and package finished products. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow safety protocols and company procedures. Requirements: Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable with good attendance and a strong work ethic.
