Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Clerk to handle the timely and accurate shipment of materials. This role ensures adherence to all regulatory and safety procedures while providing excellent service to our customers. The Shipping Clerk will work closely with various departments to ensure shipments meet quality standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Process outgoing shipments according to documented procedures and work instructions. Perform visual inspections of materials for quality and quantity, and input data into the Iwaki America business system. Safely operate equipment such as order pickers, power jacks, and other power tools when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area. Collaborate with internal departments including Accounting, Production, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Adhere to safety protocols, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required. Prepare shipments according to customer-specified freight methods and requirements. Ensure proper packing and skidding of products to maintain shipment quality and safety. Verify the accuracy of items packed in accordance with customer orders and confirm shipment data in the business system. Be available to work overtime hours as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 0-1 years of shipping experience (training provided). Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in English, along with basic math skills. Willingness to learn and operate stockroom equipment such as order pickers and pallet jacks. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with internal departments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good data entry skills and attention to detail. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 65 lbs (may vary based on the shipment). Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and move around the facility.

- Inspect quality and defects of products
- Packing & Labeling product according to specifications
- Operate hand truck/dolly
- Label deliveries and allocate designated locations
- Inspect material supplies and inventory
- Using inventory management software
- Unload and inspect packages for damage
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
