Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Parts Assembly Clerk to join our team. The role is responsible for handling inventory, delivering components to manufacturing, filling parts orders, performing cycle counts, and basic assembly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the smooth operation of the production process. Key Responsibilities: Support manufacturing by delivering materials from the warehouse/stockroom according to the production schedule. Maintain and manage the Kanban system to ensure consistent production workflow. Accurately fill customer orders from stock and prepare items for shipment as needed. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels. Stock materials and fulfill production orders in accordance with the FIFO (First In, First Out) process. Ensure that all items with a shelf life are managed carefully, following the FIFO process and discarding expired items when necessary. Execute computer inventory transactions accurately and on time. Assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts and components according to specifications. Interpret work documents, bills of materials, and procedures. Identify and document non-conformities in products. Inspect results to ensure they meet work documents and quality standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom environment. Assist in the implementation of methods improvement, efficiency, and quality programs. Perform other duties as assigned. Be available to work overtime as needed on an ad-hoc basis. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 0-1 year of related material handling or assembly experience. Ability to read and write in English, follow verbal instructions, and use basic math. Good computer skills and accurate data entry abilities. Willingness to learn how to operate stockroom equipment (e.g., order picker, pallet jacks) safely and competently. Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing tools as needed. Strong time management skills - ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal departments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility.
