job summary:
We are seeking a skilled Metrology technician to join our Fineblanking Operation team. The Metrology Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of measurement equipment in the Quality assurance laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude to coordinate internal and external processes in the metrology area, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to quality assurance tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our production processes. . The job involves the completion of daily QA reports and documentation.

location: Virginia Beach, VA
salary: $20/hr
work hours: 05:00 AM - 04:00 PM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

skills:

• Able to read blueprints & schematics
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Able to read CAD Drawings
• Use measurement devices such as calipers & micrometers
