job summary:
In order to maintain accurate inventory and to be able to ship our product to the customers on our SAP system, this position must provide batch ticket completion. This would be in performing goods issue and conformations for each batch ticket at the end of the manufacturing process. If there are any problems with performing a complete batch ticket completion, there needs to be an investigation performed for each problem. After performing the batch completion process, all of the batch tickets must be scanned into the system. >Serve as backup for printing labels/operating label machine >Stage labeled containers for production departments >Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Key responsibilities >Must maintain the Goods Issued process for Roanoke Site >Analyze and resolve variance issues >Significant error free data entry via Saturn Goods Issue >Reconcile errors, communicate, escalate issues appropriately >Manage cycle count corrections and reconcile errors >Work with purchasing to manage raw material levels >Must follow all established safety rules and procedures >Must demonstrate integrity while performing duties >Batch ticket completion >Scan batch tickets and enter information into computer >Run variance list weekly to view problems >Maintain housekeeping standards in work areas >Assist with inventory discrepancies >Assist with general site cleanup as scheduled Essential Qualifications >Ability to read, comprehend and follow safety instructions >Able to write correspondence in English professionally >Must have effective interpersonal skills >Ability to work independently >Able to multi-task and balance priorities >Dedicated and committed safety leadership and presence >Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills >Basic to intermediate computer skills for data tabulation >Analysis and report preparation (Excel), good typing skills >Working knowledge of SAP
