job summary:
Chocolate Loader adds chocolate to melting tanks based on Daily Production Instructions. Chocolate loader ensures that tanks have enough level to supply molding line. Chocolate loader handles all recycle/rework barrels and limits the amount of scrap inventory by melting scrap and adding back into depositor. Chocolate loader completes all documentation for loading and rework.
