job summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Enter accounts payable daily, approximately 400 to 500 per month. Manually match invoices to receiving Assist with other accounting projects in the office. Maintain orderly financial filing system. Send remittance information to vendors once Bank Wires and ACH Payments are made. File debit notices once payments are made on server. Scanning documents for electronic storage and approvals Mail out address correction letters to customers that still mail check to Loudon address. Send approved correspondence for Vendors and Customers from time to time. Help Accountants gather fixed assets support documents on a quarterly basis. Help Accountants with tracking of sales tax exemption certificates on a quarterly basis. Performs any other duties as assigned.
