job summary:
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Stand-Up Electric Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position involves operating a stand-up electric forklift with a clamp attachment to load and unload large merchandise, move inventory, and perform general warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience handling oversized or fragile products safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Loading & Unloading: Operate a stand-up electric forklift with a clamp attachment to move large merchandise on and off trucks. Inventory Movement: Transport and organize stock throughout the warehouse to ensure proper placement and accessibility. Product Handling: Use the clamp attachment to securely grip and move fragile or bulky items. General Warehouse Duties: Assist with stacking, shrink wrapping, and maintaining warehouse organization. Safety Compliance: Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment. Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic forklift inspections and report any maintenance issues. Requirements: Proven experience operating a stand-up electric forklift with a clamp attachment. Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one). Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures.

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
