job summary:
As a CNC machine operator, you will be responsible for preparing and operating CNC machines to run parts according to specifications. Job duties include: *Select and load raw materials, operate manufacturing lines and secondary packaging equipment, perform lot changes and cleaning per schedules and coordinate machinery downtime. *Troubleshoot equipment faults and enter product and raw materials data into MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) *Ensure the production, inspections and secondary packaging of DAILIES product is accomplished per SOP and quality standard, while meeting the production plan. *Operates the cartoner, performs troubleshooting and clears faults, and performs corrective action when defects are identified. You must comply with company safety rules and regulations in machinery operation. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking. (12 hour rotating night shift 6:30pm to 6:30am) Steel toe shoes with Static Dissipative (SD) marking required.
