job summary:
Processing tasks include but are not limited to, review of orders for accuracy, program compliance, tracking, and entry for same day processing. Assist with customer inquiries, status updates, and corrective actions to support or resolve with solutions. Data project analysis, and department assistance to support all inside sales and channel marketing duties. Requirements: Proven data entry work experience with strong computer MS Office knowledge, high speed/accurate typing skills, attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and problem solve to hit daily deadlines in a fast paced environment. A strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and dedication with a "calm, cool, connected"approach to job culture. The desire to learn and develop skills to support all aspects of the inside sales dept.
