job summary:
An ideal candidate will have a strong background in all things customer service (email professionalism, answering phones) as they would be answering phone calls frequently and responding to emails regularly to customers and vendors. In this role, you will be working Monday through Friday 11a-3p. The candidate in this role will need moderate excel knowledge is needed as they would be required to utilize a few excel sheets and update /edit those sheets. Moderate computer skills are a must as they also would be doing data entry and navigating numerous websites that we utilize to enter pickup requests for our product.
