job summary:
As a PCC Scheduling coordinator Responsibilites- Organizes, controls, implements and monitors the flow of printed materials in printing operations. Confirms product specifications, arranges adjustments, monitors the quality of the product and ensures deadlines are met. Maintains efficient workflows, continuous improvement efforts and safety standards. Recommends, implements, monitors and measures the effectiveness of policies and procedures. Manages suppliers and costs. -Performs clerical or administrative, work -Uses administrative, data organizing and coordination skills to complete work -Performs duties according to established procedures -Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience -Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision Functional Knowledge: -Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines Business Expertise: -Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others in the discipline
