job summary:
As an Office coordinator you will be responsible for the following: Answer calls and greet walk-in clients (low volume). Link clients with our production team for smooth projects. Schedule installations and manage timelines. Update client records in our CRM. Handle physical files (collect, scan, organize). Manage shipping and office supplies. Help with basic bookkeeping. (A/R & A/P). If you do not have 2+ years in a customer-or-client-facing role, please do not apply.
