job summary:
Genuine Cable / Connect Air is seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their small but vital team in Auburn. As a key player in thewarehouse operations, you'll play an essential role in maintaining efficient processes and ensuring timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Operate various warehouse equipment, including: Sit-down forklift Cherry picker (also known as an order picker) Reach truck Manage and fulfill shipping tasks via FedEx and UPS systems. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain organized warehouse space and inventory. Work independently to manage day-to-day warehouse operations alongside a driver and warehouse manager. Ensure punctuality to support operational success. Identify and resolve challenges effectively with minimal supervision. Knowledge of FedEx/UPS shipping processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently in a small warehouse setting. Reliable, punctual, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills. Must be adaptable and take ownership of the role and workspace.
