job summary:
We are seeking a Production Associate to join our customers team. The primary responsibilities include using hand drills, nail guns, banding equipment, and palletizing/shrink-wrapping tools. If the associate demonstrates a advance skill set, they may have the opportunity to advance to the prep area, where they will operate chop saws and other machinery. This role involves assembling products at various stages according to guidelines and specifications while maintaining a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations. Additionally, the associate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, and coordinating necessary repairs. The ideal candidate must be comfortable bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout their shift and should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required, though bilingual candidates are a plus.
