job summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong Zoho Implementation experience to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth order management by generating and sending invoices promptly, overseeing receiving processes, tracking shipments to guarantee timely delivery, and efficiently handling returns. You'll also play a key role in order administration, ensuring paperwork is accurately transmitted to customers, carriers, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of inventory control, and a commitment to safety in the warehouse. Zoho implementation experience, particularly with the Zoho Inventory App, is a must, along with a solid understanding of WMS setup, and familiarity with LEAN or Six Sigma principles.
