job summary:
As an electric pallet jack operator in a cold storage facility, your main responsibility will be to safely and efficiently transport products within a refrigerated or frozen warehouse. You will unload shipments from incoming trucks, ensuring products are properly staged and stored in designated temperature-controlled areas. Using an electric pallet jack, you will also locate and move inventory, build pallets for outgoing shipments, and organize stock to maintain efficiency. Additionally, you will inspect products for damage, monitor inventory for shortages, and promptly report any quality issues to maintain food safety and warehouse standards.

work hours: Variable

qualifications:

• VMS Assignment ID
• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
