job summary:
Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate spiral winding machines according to production specifications Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality Load and align raw materials such as paper, plastic, or composite materials into the winder Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and defects, making corrections as needed Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation Follow production schedules and meet output goals Record production data, including material usage, output, and machine adjustments

work hours: Variable
qualifications:
- up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
- Inspect quality and defects of products
- Use measurement devices such as calipers & micrometers
- Load, unload materials & equipment
- Inspect material supplies and inventory
