job summary:
As an assembler, you will assemble products from various stages according to guidelines and specifications. Maintain safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures, rules and regulations. Keep equipment operational with preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshoot malfunctions; and call for repairs. This job requires bending, lifting, standing and walking. Assembly of legs, casters, and wheels; Connecting of natural gas/liquid propane manifolds and hoses; Installation of lighter tube, radiant and burner tubes into appliance chassis; Reading of sales order and custom requests, for inclusion in assembly process; Performance testing of the assembled appliance; Perform spot inspections of parts and finished goods, report discrepancies; Supporting of inventory control, through careful usage and communication of Kanban requirements; Preparation of the appliance for safe transportation; Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area and workstation environment; Ensure all production tools are kept clean, stored and in working order; Wear all the required PPE when executing daily production tasks; Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes; Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager;

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel toe shoes only.
