job summary:
The Admin Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to CEO and members of the leadership team, meeting planning and communication with farmer board of directors in The Dairy Alliance's 8 state region. This position requires a motivated, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. In addition, the Admin Assistant will be responsible for coordinating the planning of and executing of 3 board meetings and 1 conference, and planning support for other board meetings, marketing events, and seminars for Southeast dairy farmers.
