job summary:
Summary: Randstad is seeking dedicated team members to join our assembly line in Beltsville, MD. As an assembly line team member, you will play a vital role in our production process by rotating through various stations and performing tasks such as measuring parts, adjusting diameters, applying coatings, inspecting products for quality, and preparing items for shipment. Attention to detail and the ability to read measurements are essential for success in this role. Join our team and become part of a dynamic and supportive work environment. Responsibilities: Rotate through different stations on the assembly line to perform assigned tasks. Measure parts and adjust diameters as needed to meet specifications. Apply coatings to mechanical parts according to provided instructions. Arrange parts onto trays to be placed into heating devices. Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet established standards. Prepare items for shipment, including packaging and labeling. Requirements: Ability to read measurements and use measurement devices accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly line work is a plus but not required.
