job summary:
THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION WITH FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS. The 3 main job duties: Technician, QA and Consumer Support As a Multi-Skill Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that ensure the highest standards of quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction. You will be on production team to handle soldering and assembly, conduct thorough quality assurance checks, and provide direct support to our consumers when needed. Key Responsibilities: Soldering & Mechanical/Electrical Assembly: Perform precise soldering tasks on circuit boards, connectors, and other electronic components. Assemble mechanical and electrical parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Test assemblies to ensure they meet company standards and are fully functional. Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality control tests on products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. Identify any defects, suggest improvements, and work with the team to resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of inspection results, adjustments, and repairs. Consumer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing consumer inquiries and troubleshooting product issues. Assist customers with product setup, usage instructions, and technical support. Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience with soldering, mechanical, and electrical assembly is required. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in technical work. Familiarity with quality assurance processes and tools. Previous experience in consumer support or technical support is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
