job summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our customers team. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely receipt of aviation parts and components, ensuring all incoming shipments are verified against purchase orders and packing slips, and signing all necessary paperwork. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our inventory accuracy by diligently recording all received items into our internal tracking system, and promptly contacting suppliers or shippers to resolve any discrepancies or damages. Given the critical nature of aviation parts, meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are essential. You will also assist with the preparation and shipment of outbound orders, ensuring all parts are properly packaged and labeled. This position requires the ability to lift and move boxes and parts up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking throughout the warehouse.
