job summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler/Machine Operator to help pack and store our product as it comes off the machine. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and fulfilling orders efficiently and accurately to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction. Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:15 PM - 11:15 PM Training will be conducted during 1st shift hours. Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure material meets quality standards. Load and unload packages using a hand truck. Organize stock efficiently in either bulk boxes or roll-up boxes. Check dye range schedule for correct colors. Pull material to fulfill orders accurately. Communicate any material shortages and stop the machine when needed. Skills and Requirements: Experience using warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and dexterity. Basic math skills for simple calculations (addition and subtraction). Physical strength to stand the entire shift and use a "packing hammer" weighing several pounds. Availability to occasionally work overtime. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
