job summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our team at our blind manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling various types of window blinds according to specified guidelines and standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assemble window blinds and components following detailed instructions and blueprints. Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications. Inspect materials and components for defects or imperfections. Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools. Package finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
