job summary:
Picker-- picks items from a list and goes out to pick the plants from the area that they are located. Pack line checker verifies that the packed boxes have everything in them- makes the correct adjustments if needed. Pack line stapler closes and staples the boxes once the orders are checked and cleared to ship Pack line bander bands the boxes prior to scanning. Shipping truck loader loads the customer order boxes on the shipping trailer. Production line prep bags and secures trees for shipping. Employees will need to be able to stand for the duration of the day and work at a fast pace. Must be able to work in hot, cold, and inclement weather.

salary: $14/hr
work hours: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

qualifications:

• up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

dress code:
Attire: Must wear closed toes (no crocs or slides). Long pants and long-sleeves are strongly suggested, but not a requirement.
