job summary:
This is a physical position that requires candidates to have at least two years of previous manufacturing experience listed on their resume (we will need to submit an updated resume to Greif before you start). Responsibilities: 1. An all-encompassing position operating assigned machinery and/or equipment operation and/or the physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions. 2. Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned. 3. Follows all applicable safety policies and practices, including but not limited to, use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices 4. Visual inspection of product to ensure quality.
