job summary:
Builds and maintains customer loyalty by providing prompt, accurate and friendly customer service. 2) Answers calls pertaining to replacement parts requests, product information, problem solving assembly assistance and retailers carrying Step2 products. 3) Enters orders over the phone and answers any pertinent questions from our customers relating to their Step2.com order such as pricing, delivery, product information 4) Answer consumer emails and enter email orders into system (Enter sends to print) 5) Resolves customer issues via phone or follow-up email regarding shipment shortages, lost shipments, tracking packages, etc. 6) Researches open orders to determine why an order hasn't shipped, etc.
