job summary:
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join our team in assembling custom retail displays. This role involves hands-on work using a variety of hand and power tools, along with general warehouse responsibilities to support daily production and maintain a safe and clean workspace. Key Responsibilities: Assemble retail displays using hand tools and power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, saws, etc. Follow assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure displays are built accurately and efficiently. Load and unload materials, products, and equipment from trucks and shelves. Perform basic material handling duties such as staging, organizing, and transporting parts. Keep work areas clean by sweeping, removing debris, and cleaning up woodchips and sawdust. Assist with inventory counts and tracking of materials when needed. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
