Randstad @ RK Logistics is seeking reliable and flexible Forklift Operators to join our team in Livermore, CA. This role requires operating various types of forklifts and assisting with general warehouse duties such as housekeeping. Candidates must be committed to working both on and off equipment and demonstrate a willingness to learn new machinery and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Material Handling: Safely operate equipment like Sit Down Forklift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, dollies to move materials throughout the warehouse. (MUST be willing to train on Stand up/high reach Forklift, EPJ, and Cherry Picker) Inbound/Outbound Operations: Unload inbound shipments, weigh and measure products (DIMS), and load outbound orders. Receiving & Verification: Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify products for accuracy, and handle receiving exceptions as needed. Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock checks, part number verification, and assist with physical inventory. Order Processing: Use handheld RF scanners to pick, stock check, label, and ship products via the WMS system. Packing & Staging: Pack, repack, wrap, label, and consolidate pallets; stage completed orders with correct documentation (BOLs, packing slips, tags, etc.). Issue Reporting: Promptly report overages, shortages, or damaged goods (OS&D) to leadership. Compliance & Safety: Follow all company policies, complete required paperwork, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Team Support & Cross-Training: Support other teams as needed, cross-train in various warehouse functions, and perform other duties as assigned.
