We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Analyst with expert-level proficiency in Excel and experience in managing large datasets to create and analyze performance reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment. **Please note: A resume and client interview are required to apply. Applications without a resume will not be considered.** Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and provide work direction to operational staff, ensuring they are trained across all operational functions. Perform complex operations tasks and assist in ensuring the team adheres to established processes and procedures. Prioritize and assign tasks to staff, ensuring efficient work distribution across multiple areas of the operation. Oversee and support a variety of operational functions, including: Receiving (LTL and Small Parcel, Non-Conveyable, Scheduling) Shipping (Will Call, LTL) Inventory Control (Cycle Counting, Quality Control) Billing (Quality Assurance, Exception Billing) Research and Reconciliation Expediting, Cargo Handling, and more. Monitor and maintain performance standards across all operational areas. Create and maintain performance reports and data analytics to track key metrics and ensure operational efficiency. Provide guidance and support to staff to enhance operational knowledge and skill sets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and performance standards in a warehousing or operational setting. Skills and Qualifications: High-level expertise with Excel, including advanced data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate across teams. Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities to address operational challenges. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality standards across all tasks. Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Experience in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing operations is highly desired but not required. Ability to work in a noisy, dynamic, and sometimes physically demanding environment.

Regardless of what shift you are assigned to work, on your first day you will attend New Hire Orientation from 12pm noon until 9:30pm (unless otherwise specified). Orientation classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The orientation will consist of roughly 2 hours of classroom training then you will be sent to the floor to work. You will need your driver's license/state ID.
